These Terms & Conditions govern your use of “Kido” (”our app” made for iOS). By using “Kido”, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Eligibility

Our app is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using our app, you confirm that you are either a parent or guardian, or you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian to use the app.

3. Subscriptions

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription: Access to all stories for a month.
• Weekly Subscription: Access to all stories for a week.
• Annual Subscription: Access to all stories for a year, with a 3-day free trial.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. User Accounts

Users do not need to create accounts to use our app.

5. Content

Our app provides access to a variety of stories and educational content for children. All content is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our app in a manner that is lawful and respectful. You must not:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app.
